We can deliver anywhere in the Mildura area, as well as surrounding areas such as Irymple, Red Cliffs, Merbein, Buronga and Gol Gol. A $10.00 delivery fee is applied for cakes and large scale orders, the price increases the further the distance. Cupcakes and cookie gift packs can be delivered free of charge in the Mildura area.

Multiple tiered cakes cannot be picked up and have to be delivered, due to the nature of the structure of the cakes.

Once successful delivery or pick up has taken place, we accept no responsibility to any damages that may happen to the products.

Buttercream frosted cakes and cupcakes – All cakes and cupcakes that have buttercream will need to be stored in a refrigerator as long as possible. They will last out of a fridge for a few hours if the temperature is not too hot, however the buttercream will generally go soft or sweat so you will need to be careful. If it is really warm, avoid leaving them out until the last minute. Once cut, store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to a week. Left overs can also be frozen as cakes and cupcakes are all made fresh.

Fondant cakes – Fondant covered cakes can be left in room temperature for 3-4 days. Do not put fondant covered cakes in the fridge until after they have been cut up – condensation can cause the cakes to sweat and sometimes melt the icing. Once cut, you can safely store the cake in the fridge in an air tight container for up to a week. Left overs can also be frozen as cakes are all made fresh.

Embossed cookies – Cookies can last up to two weeks in their packages, longer if put into an air tight container. Cookies can also be frozen.

If you are after an occasion buttercream cake, cupcakes or any custom embossed sugar cookies, you should allow at least two weeks to make your booking and pay your deposit. 

For wedding cakes, fondant covered cakes or any completely custom designed cakes, allow at least a month to make your booking and pay your deposit.

With any booking, the earlier you can let us know, the better!

With all orders an initial non-refundable deposit will be paid – this means you need to make sure you are certain of your order.

If the deposit is not paid as soon as the invoice is accepted, the order and date requested will be relinquished and not booked in.

Once paid in full, if cancellation the week of your date occurs, 50% can be refunded, otherwise the full amount is forfeited.

If you would like to change your order, you will need to let us know as soon as you can, as many items need to be purchased well ahead of time to ensure delivery. Two weeks notice is fine for minor changes, four weeks is recommended for large scale changes.

We do offer the option to hire out some of our cake stands if you are after that, just let us know.

A hire fee is charged, as well as a holding deposit – which is paid back to you upon the safe return of our items.
